When trying to open Web Reports, you see the message the Page Cannot be Displayed.
1. Check the Reports Tab on the properties of the Server in the MessageStats console and ensure that the MessageStats Reports IIS server is set to the correct server that hosts the Web Reports.
2. Ensure the Default Website is listening on port 80 and not in a TIME_WAIT state or there is no other IP address Established on port 80.
This can be checked by going to the Command Prompt and running: netstat -an | find "80" . If some other Application requires port 80, you can either change the Default Websites to port 81 for example, and then restart IIS or restart the MessageStats Server to clear up the TIME_WAIT.
3. You will also need to update the MessageStats Reports shortcuts from the Start Menu to include port 81, and change the port in the Reports Tab from the console.
