After trying Solution #9830 (https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=solution&id=SOL9830
) and it doesn't work, please try the following:
Checked the Default App Pool properties, Identity Tab it should be using Network Services. Please change it to Local System, click ok, resetIIS at the run command. Now changed it back to Network Services, resetIIS at the run command to resolve this issue.
