Download attached hotfix
Steps:
1. Stop IIS
2. Navigate to \inetpub\wwwroot\MessageStatsReports\bin, backup NetWebReports.dll
3. Replace with the attached one (Version 5.10.1.13)
4. Start IIS
Note: Make sure you machine does not block the DLL. If the fix does not "fix" this or cause other issues...then please read below.
The problem could be that the DLL itself was blocked. The Event Log brought may bring you to this.
This simple fix is:
Go to the properties of precompiled dll’s, check to see if it has following security message (at the bottom of the window): "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer." If present, click "Unblock", "Apply" and "OK".
