Description
Error seen during instance configuration\remote deploy - Instance Configuration Failed (202): An unknown error occurred during configuration.
The issue does not prevent the installation from failing completely. LiteSpeed is installed on the intended target. Backups and restores can still be done.

Cause
The error means that Remote Deploy installation fails to create schedule for update native statistics job. The root of the issue is that the name of the job is passed to xml. Related CR114044 - schedule job name needs to be rolled back. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Configure remotely deployed installation from remote node (connect with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to that server and configure it through the RDP).STATUS
Issue fixed in version 8.2. The latest version of LiteSpeed for SQL Server can be downloaded at: https://www.quest.com/products/
