- RDP to the machine in question that you would like to get the Maintenance Plan logs.
- Launch LiteSpeed console.
- Click Maintenance Plans tab on the left panel.
- Highlight to select the maintenance plan that you would like to generate the log
Note*: this logging is only for the maintenance plan you selected. If you have multiple plans and would like to get the logs for them, you will have to enable for each plan separately.
- Click "Reports and Logs" on the ribbon.
- For the "Maintenance Plan engine" field, click the drop down menu and select "Verbose"
- Click OK to enable logging.
- The Maintenance Plan logs will be included in the support bundle.
- Attach the support bundle to the support ticket.
