ENHANCEMENT REQUEST - Remove dependency between SSMS and Maintenance Plans
Description

For users who do not install SQL Server Management Studio on the servers, instead installing Integration Services. Microsoft has removed the dependency between SSMS and Maintenance Plans in SP2 of SQL Server 2005.
