Description
Error: Cannot add rows to sys.sql_dependencies for the stored procedure during LiteSpeed process (backup or restore)

Cause
LiteSpeed.msi has not created configured the Instance so databases and/or tables have not been created.
The installer must create the database, and if the installer already finds a database there, it will attempt to use it, if it is usable.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Verify the account being used to install LiteSpeed is a domain account. It must have permissions to login to the central repository database using
Windows authentication (for a cluster configuration, the Windows account must have permissions on all nodes).
Rerun Instance Configuration. -
Additional Information
The error code 0x80070643 is a generic error returned by the MSI Installer which doesn't mean much more than "The installation has failed.". It's
generally a useless error without additional detail information.
