You may get a similar error when a Maintenance Plan is executed:
Failed:(-1073548784) Executing the query "USE [NorthWind]
" failed with the following error: "Database 'NorthWind' cannot be opened because it is offline.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet" property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly
