The LiteSpeed xp_restore_verifyonly stored procedure is used to verify backups.
Is there a way to use this to verify backup files located across on a different servers?
The xp_restore_verifyonly store procedure can be used on backup files that are local and across servers. You'll need to use the full UNC path when accessing the file across servers. User must have permissions to access the server, folder and file.

-- Where The server is QUEST_SERVER1
-- Shared directory is backup
-- Backup Filename is Northwind.BKP
