Backups are not working after manually stopping backup job in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
After manually stopping a backup job in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to let some other tasks complete, upon restarting it and trying any subsequent backups, Litespeed does not successfully run the backup job. The Job Activity Monitor in SSMS shows two SPIDs blocking each other.
