Error message appears when the Local (or client) installation is a different version than the version on the server holding the Central Repository database or the installer is attempting to update a table with the column already defined:
"Column names in each table must be unique. Column name 'PID' in table 'dbo.LiteSpeedActivity' is specified more than once"
LiteSpeed Local and LiteSpeed Central Repositories are defined differently, depending on Version of the LiteSpeed software application. The databases and tables may be updated during an upgrade.
Rename the LiteSpeedLocal and LiteSpeedCentral databases, rerun instance configuration, creating new, custom respository databases. Verify that server where LiteSpeedLocal resides is using the same version of LiteSpeed as the server where LiteSpeedCentral resides.
NOTE: LiteSpeed is backwards compatible, you can restore with a new version of LiteSpeed a file created by the older version. You cannot restore a backup created by the newer version onto a server with the older version.
