Failed to read backup files error message 2755
Description

Getting failed to read backup files error messge 2755 when trying to install Litespeed to restore a backup from another server machine.
Resolution

Please load the LiteSpeed install file to the server itself, then install. Another helpful hint is to use a shared drive rather than a mapped drive.
