It is observed that a Virtual Appliance based backup fails with: "Error: 2258 - FATAL cifs_cant_mkdir CIFS can't create the directory cifs (No route to host)"
원인
Virtual Appliance is not able to communicate with the Repository location.
Ping test confirmed that.
해결 방안
Virtual Appliance needs to be able to communicate with the Repository location in order to process backups successfully.
