Chosen skin/theme reverts back on close and relaunch (4377037)

Steps Taken

There is an issue where the selected skin/theme reverts back to the originally selected one, after closing and reopening the application.

Issue description:

1. Open Toad for SQL Server 8.1.

2. Navigate to Tools > Options.

3. In the Options window, go to the Environment folder and select the Interface option.

4. In the Look and Feel section, change the skin from DevExpress Dark Style to ToadBlue2014 and click Apply.

5. Close Toad for SQL Server.

6. Upon reopening, Toad for SQL Server does not retain the ToadBlue2014 skin, reverting back to DevExpress Dark Style.
