Error: 'Problem with load SQLTypes, The given key was not present in the dictionary' when doing Schema Compare with Azure connections (4376865)

Error: 'Problem with load SQLTypes, The given key was not present in the dictionary' when doing Schema Compare with Azure connections

In Toad v8.0 and v8.1, when doing a schema compare using a SQL Azure connection, the following error is seen during the process:

'Problem Load with SQLTypes.
'The given key was not present in the dictionary'

WORKAROUND:
Please try the following steps to workaround the error:

1. Run the Schema Compare and replicate the error
2. Close the window after the error and then run Schema Compare a second time
3. In the Wizard on the second time of running it, ensure to select all objects to be compared, rather than de-selecting any
4. This time the Schema Compare wizard should complete
