When Toad for SQL Server installer (Toad for SQL Server 7.4.1 2022 R2 Editions (Full)) is launched after license Agreement the following error appears.
Failed to load license file. This method implicitly uses CAS policy, which has been obsoleted by the .NET Framework. In order to enable CAS policy for compatibility reasons, please use the NetFx40_LegacySecurityPolicy configuration switch. Please see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=155570 for more information.
When clicked OK the installer terminates.

Please use Toad for SQL Server MSI Archive (zip) to install all the application manually. You can download the same from here .
