How to backup and reset Toad for Oracle User Files

The error "Field 'DURATION' not found" appears when expanding Tables in the Schema Browser.

Please follow the steps below to backup and reset your Toad for Oracle User Files, to resolve the "Field 'DURATION' not found" error.
1. Close Toad and go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\17.1 2. Make a backup copy of the 'User Files' folder and save it somewhere. 3. Either rename the existing 'User Files' folder and start Toad, and it will create a default set (please note this will have no saved connections or settings) 4. Alternatively, instead of renaming this folder, you can start Toad and go to Utilities | Manage User Settings, where the option 'Reset a clean set of user files.'
