Upper feature does not work if shortcut key is set to Alt+/

When the shortcut key for the Upper feature is set to Alt+/ it does not work. It will let you user set it to Atl+/, but when using it in the editor, nothing happens. Setting it to another shortcut, like Alt+. or Alt+, works.

WORKAROUND:
Set the shortcut key to something other than Alt+/.
STATUS:
This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 13.2. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.
