New laptop with .NET 4.6.1 fail to installed Toad. Upgraded to .NET 4.6.2 and didn't work either. Also, removed new .NET upgrade and installed .NET 4.5.2, but still same issue, fail to installed.

Please go back to https://support.quest.com/toad-for-oracle/download-new-releases and download the .MSI install.
