Step to reproduce
1) Run the attached script to create a nested table and insert some data.
2) open editor and run this with F9: select * from test_nested_table_columns;
3) double-click the cell in the grid to get the nested table popup.
4) Bug: the data showing is missing the first character
the nested column of VARCHAR2's
