On Toad for Oracle 12.7 and previous versions, when going to Editor | Navigator Pane | Navigator Options, there is an option named "PL/SQL Components", this option allows to show/hide items under the Navigator Pane.
Since version 12.8 this option is gone and it is not possible to show/hide items anymore.
