Cannot get the column headers background to be "Filled" with gray when exporting to Excel

Under previous version, when exporting data grid contents to Excel, the column headers would use a "fill color" of gray.
Now, when exporting, the column headers have no fill color.
Is that behavior user-configurable? Is it possible to highlight the column headers background with a color?

There is not a way to change the background color for headers when exporting in Toad for Oracle.
