If the enhancement request was logged via an SR support case then:
Once you have submitted your feature request to a Support Engineer and the engineer had given you an identification number for the request, if you want to check on the status of this request at a later date, please submit a new service request
Quest Support Portal to request an update on that request. Please provide the CR number (or other tracking number that was given to you) and a Support Engineer can look up the status of that request for you.
