Will not do recovery if multiple instances are open and one crashes

If I have multiple instances of Toad open and one of them crashes, when I launch Toad again, it does display the recovery window, so I can get the queries back that I was working on in the Toad instance that crashed.
원인
If an instance of Toad is already open, the recovery window will not display when more Toads are opened.
해결 방안
Close all instances of Toad and then launch Toad again.
추가 정보
If there are no other Toads open prior to launching Toad, the recovery window will appear with the option to recover the queries in the second instance of Toad that crashed.
