Options are all grayed out after selecting to enable or disable constraint

When trying to enable or disable a constraint, the 'Constraint state', 'Validate clause', 'Rely clause' and 'Index' options are all grayed out. This works fine in version 12.8.

This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 12.10. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.
