Get error saying I don't have sufficient privileges to use view/edit privileges window

When I highlight an object in the schema browser that is not owned by the schema I am currently connected as and click the view/edit privilege button I get a message that says I do not have sufficient privileges to make changes. The user I am connected as is a DBA user and has the grant any object privilege.
해결 방안
WORKAROUND: Connect as the user that owns the object in order to make privilege changes.
STATUS: Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
