Session Browser - Current Statement and Explain Plan tabs update to latest run SQL, when Auto Refresh is off

In the Session Browser, if you set Auto-Refresh to off and do the steps below, in Toad 14 and 15, just by switching between the Current Statement and Explain Plan tabs in Session Browser, the data in these tabs updates automatically anyway to the most recently run SQL. In v13.1 it behaves correctly and doesn't update when Auto Refresh is not selected.
