Halstead Volume check is incorrect, when checking in code

When checking in an object and there is Code Analysis enabled on the Team Project, with Halstead Volume set to 'Too Complex ( >= 3001)', the Pass Condition always is determined as '< 0' and therefore always fails the test when checking the code in.

WORKAROUND: Issue is resolved in the latest 13.1 beta version, available from here
