In Toad 12.12, the main top menu bar (File, Edit, Tools etc) does not change size when the Windows display setting is set to 125% in the Control Panel. It still shows the same way as when this Windows setting is at 100%.
In Toad 12.11 this isn't a problem, but the behaviour is different with 12.12.
To replicate: 1. Go to Control Panel | Display & set default size to 125% (Default)
2. Log out and back into Windows to make the change active
3. Open Toad 12.11 and notice the menu size is a bit larger
4. Open Toad 12.12 and the menu size is still smaller (as it appears when the control panel setting above is set to 100%)
