Capitalization effects not carried over with upgrade from 9.0.0 to 9.0.1+

After upgrading from Toad 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 the capitalization and font settings were not carried over. They need to be reset manually. How do you upgrade and carry over these settings?

There is currently not way of carrying over some of the Editor settings like capitalization and fonts.
