Clicking on the 'Schedule' button in the Generate Schema Script tool will prompt to save settings to the job even if the settings were already saved. No matter what options were chosen and saved already, the 'Schedule' button will always bring up the save file prompt.
WORKAROUND:
If the settings were already saved or not, go ahead and follow through to save the settings (Overwrite if needed) and after the save process, the Schedule Wizard will immediately appear to continue on to schedule the job normally.
