WORKAROUND
1.Open Settings.xml file in Toad Data Point folder and check number in line:
<cacheTmpPath id="ref-18">C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\3\</cacheTmpPath> (number 3 in this example)
2.Create folder named by number (in this example it is number 3) on location C:\Users\User\AppData\Local
3.Now you will be able to Quick Export large tables
