In this scenario, the Oracle client was 32 bit and Toad Data Point was 64 bit was installed on the same machine
해결 방안
Make sure Toad Data Point and the database client installed are in the same bitness. For example 32 bit version of Toad Data Point and 32 bit Oracle client.
