Manually remove the thumbs.db file.
These are hidden by Windows by default. It may be necessary to enable this by going into a Windows Browser | Organize | Folder and Search Options | View | unselect option to "Hide protected operating system files".
While this is unchecked, the thumbs.db should appear and can be removed from the directory noted by the automation error. The hide setting in Folder and Search Options can be re-enabled.
