Export Wizard Timestamp Format is rounding to seconds for Insert statements

The Export Wizard allows for output to be in the form of Insert table data statements. The timestamp literals in the exported SQL script are being rounded to the nearest second. The Export Wizard has a feature that allows you to pick the format of exported columns. However, this has no actual effect on the format of the literals, for timestamps.
