Query Builder displaying additional tabs for Diagram, Query and Results.

Query Builder is displaying 6 tabs i.e. Diagram (2), Query (2) and Results(2). The first tabs work OK but the second tabs for each produce exception errors if you try to work with them.
원인
Possible corruption of QueryBuilder.xml settings file.
해결 방안
Close Toad
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Data Analysts X.x\Layouts
