Getting Ora-12609 error running query in the Editor

Get "ORA-12609: TNS: Receive timeout occurred" error when trying to execute a statement in the Editor.
원인
The receive or read operation did not complete within the allowed time interval.
해결 방안
Increase the sqlnet.recv_timeout parameter value in the Oracle client's SQLNET.ora file. By default, the SQLNET.ora file can be found in the %Orace_Home%/network/admin folder.
