Crashes whenever diagram feature is used

While connected to Skyward, Excel, Access, or Postgres, whenever the diagram feature is used, Toad crashes and gives the following error.

Upgrade ODBC driver to OpenEdge 11.1 64-bit with 32-bit pack.  The 32-bit pack should install automatically with the driver.
