When you export data to Excel 2003, the spreadsheet has strange format / comma styles set up.
The default styles when looking at a Toad sheet are very different from the default styles if you just create a blank worksheet with 'ctrl-N'.
Not only are the styles different (e.g. Comma style), but there are additional styles that don't exist in a normal blank sheet (e.g."headerStyle")
