Unable to move entities in workspace of a model. It seems to be locked.

For both existing and new models, once entities are placed on the workspace they can no longer be moved. This occurs on new or existing models. They seem to be locked.
해결 방안
Performing a full reboot or restart of the PC can resolve the issue per user reports.
