Skip Event ID Filter in IM

To skip the unnecessary events in the IM Logs, SkipEventID Filter can be used.

To skip events in IM logs using SkipEventID

1. Open the Intrust Manager and expand the configuration.
2. Expand the “Intrust Servers” and right click on any Server(example IT2019) and click on properties.
3. Click on the “Parameters” , scroll down and click on “Skip_EventId” and then Edit button.
4. Click on "Override," enter the EventID you wish to skip, and then click "OK."

5. Note: If you want to skip logs of one eventID, only enter the eventID, e.g. 4101 If you want to skip logs of multiple eventID, enter the eventID values separated by comma “,” e.g. “4101,4100,100” (events ids skipped are 4101, 4100 & 100). An error will be shown if an unexpected input is entered in the field.

6. Value(s) entered are shown in the Parameters tab. Click APPLY and OK.
7. Expand the InTrust server and right click on Log and click Refresh->Yes.
8. In the logs, the EventID value(s) you entered will not be displayed.
