From the Criteria tab in the Query Builder, you can add an Or condition as part of a Where condition.
To add an Or condition
Set a Where condition in the Diagram tab. See Set Where Conditions for more information.
Select the Or field below the column and click 
Review the following for additional information:

Select an operator or predicate to use in this condition. |

Value 1 Type |
Select whether the expression is a column or constant. After selecting this option, select the column name or enter a constant in the field. |

Value 2 Type |
Select whether the expression is a column or constant. After selecting this option, select the column name or enter a constant in the field. This option is only available if you selected the Between predicate. |
Tip: To remove an Or condition, open the Or condition window and click Remove.
