Using the View Archive feature to view a flat file in an archive set does not work.

In Stat 6.2 we discovered that the "View Archive" feature does not work properly when viewing a flat file in the Generic Apps module. We tried to different files (just to make sure that one was not corrupted).
원인

It happens when non-ANSI Encoder used in the archived file.
해결 방안

Development was able to replicate the issue and identified like a defect STAT-5029. It happens when non-ANSI Encoder used in the archived file.
The fix will be included in Stat 6.3.0 expected to be released at the end of December 2019.
Workaround:
The user may use Download button and open file from external viewer.
