Add/update/remove Stat users to/from Stat Queues using Microsoft Azure

Can we provide STAT Access using Microsoft Azure? We also would like to assign users to Queues using Azure.
원인

Currently STAT is on Oracle Database (say WCAPX), and User Creation and adding users to Queues is performed using "User Maintenance" screen on STAT.

We would like STAT to continue to reside on same Database (WCAPX), but have user creation and adding users to Queues performed using Azure integration.

So this should not require us to move STAT away from Oracle to Microsoft but just build that integration with Azure.

Stat DEV have created the following enhancement requests to add the below functionalities using REST API:
STAT-5566 - REST API to add/update Stat users
STAT-5567 - REST API to add/remove Stat users to/from Queue

There is no official release date yet. However, the customer can certainly track the ERs in a future consulting with Stat engineers using the JIRA case/ID number.
