In version 6.1 when someone tried to open a CSR that someone else had locked, they would get a CSR Lock Warning pop-up box. Is there a way to enable that feature in Stat 6.2?

In Stat 6.2 this functionality has improved.
해결 방안
Instead of having a Lock Warning pop-up box, the CSR will open in read-only mode and display an Override Lock link in the top-right corner if it is been "locked" by other user.
