Unique constraint error after attempting to migrate archive sets created before Stat upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3

We are not able to migrate archive sets created before the Stat upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3. Archive sets created after the upgrade are working fine.
원인
Some of the columns in old PS Shadow tables in Stat were defined as string with fixed length, for example, PS_PRCSDEFNLANG.PRCSTYPE: NCHAR(30). Stat 6.3.0 upgrade script preserved data and converted into the new format with trailing spaces. During a migration Stat was trying to insert such data without truncating trailing spaces. That behavior is incorrect. It was fixed in provided solution.
