Peoplesoft role that would make physical object locking not working

Some role or permission list associated with user VP1 is trumping (i.e. ignoring) definition security. So I need to know what role/or permission list is doing this. Definition security works fine for role PeopleTools/PTPT1200 but not for Administrator/ALLPAGES.
해결 방안
Peoplesoft Administrator role would override physical object locking.
