The following error occur when running the Compare/merge wizard:
An exception of has occured Error encountered while parsing REX file. C:\programData\Quest Software\Stat\temp\1XXPAY104RPT.rex. (The system cannot find the file specified).
This error does not occur if the user who logon to the machine have admin rights.
