Downloading *.wft files from STAT differs in size when downloading from Workflow Definition Loader

When download/uploading *.wft files from Stat, it is not being downloaded/uploaded correctly. The workflow file fails. We have noticed there is a size difference when downloading a *.wft file from stat compared to downloading it from Oracle Applications program 'Workflow Definition Loader'.
원인
The .wft file from the file server is not the same as the file on the db.
해결 방안
When Stat archive the file, it will go to the file location, finds the file and archives it. If you want Stat to get the correct file, then make sure the .wft file from file server is the same as the db or vice versa. .
