Peoplesoft objects SyncID show as not identical in Post compare

After comparing Peoplesoft objects using App designer and doing a pre/post compare using STAT object compare wizard, the SyncID of any object differs when doing a compare, post migration via STAT.

STATUS: Enhancement request STAT-5524 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Stat.
